eCommerce Specialist - Shopify

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented eCommerce Manager to take charge of our online sales strategies. This is a permanent position in the Retail Industry, where you will be responsible for managing all eCommerce activities such as content strategy, SEO optimization, and online marketing to increase web traffic. If you are a tech-savvy professional with a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and have a passion for improving online customer experiences, we would love to meet you. Highly prefer Shopify or a similar experience. This is an on-site position.

Job Details:


Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the strategic online marketing plan and sales strategy for the business, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
2. Oversee the look and feel of the company website and ensure it aligns with the company's brand strategy.
3. Utilize Shopify to manage all online activity related to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting.
4. Develop and oversee a strategic SEO plan to enhance our visibility and increase our online presence.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the site architecture, coding standard, and all other factors are optimized for SEO.
6. Conduct eCommerce competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Analyze various data to deliver data-driven strategies in order to achieve KPIs and business goals.
8. Manage the online customer experience - design, content, navigation, information architecture, branding/marketing, site performance, functionality, and conversion optimization.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage on-time project delivery.

Qualifications:
1. BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of eCommerce experience.
3. Proven experience in using Shopify to drive online sales.
4. Solid understanding of eCommerce strategies and marketing.
5. Proficient in SEO optimization and able to drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
6. Strong analytical skills to drive decision making, ROI analysis, and customer insights.
7. Exceptional team management skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
8. Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis.
9. Strong skills in project management and decision-making.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
