Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Digital e-Commerce Architect to join our team. This exciting role involves creating, implementing, and maintaining the architecture for our e-commerce platform, which plays a crucial role in our business operations. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our digital and e-commerce platforms, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and innovative.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of our e-commerce platform, ensuring it aligns with the company's business needs and objectives.
• Define and maintain the architecture for the e-commerce platform, ensuring it is scalable and robust.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business teams, product managers, and software engineers, to define and implement high-quality solutions.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to improve the performance and reliability of the platform.
• Ensure the platform is secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the architecture of the platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the software engineering team.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and software architecture.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture and design.
• Must have 2-3 years in a retail environment.
• Proven experience in designing solutions in cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Data Integration patterns and tools.
• Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
• Experience with SOA/Microservices.
• Experience working with COTS enterprise-class applications.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Azure Kubernetes, and Java Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in digital and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions.
• Previous experience in a Fortune 500 company is a plus.
