The successful candidate will also be in charge of brand strategy, demand planning, and digital advertising initiatives to drive brand awareness and product demand.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce sales strategy to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
2. Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Marketplace and other online sales channels.
3. Develop and manage effective marketing campaigns, including creating engaging marketing content that resonates with our target audience.
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
5. Work closely with the finance team to develop accurate demand forecasts and manage inventory levels.
6. Manage digital advertising initiatives, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, and social media advertising.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all channels.
8. Monitor and manage performance on Amazon Fresh and Vendor Central.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends and technologies to ensure our company maintains a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce sales.
3. Proven experience with Amazon Marketplace, including Amazon Fresh and Vendor Central.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
5. Strong understanding of sales analytics and the ability to use data to drive decision making.
6. Experience with digital advertising, including SEO/SEM and display advertising.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
