The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations at two different sites, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Dual Site Supervisor, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of two different sites, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Coordinate with different departments to ensure that all site activities align with the company's strategic objectives.
4. Monitor the performance of staff and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
6. Resolve any issues that arise and implement preventative measures to avoid their recurrence.
7. Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential risks or areas for improvement.
8. Manage and maintain budgetary requirements, ensuring all operations stay within the allocated budget.
9. Foster a positive working environment and lead by example to motivate staff.
10. Act as the primary point of contact for staff, stakeholders, and clients regarding site-related matters.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a dual site setting.
2. Proven experience with Yardi or equivalent software.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or related field is preferred.
