Job Details:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Drywall Project Manager in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a vital role in the successful execution of drywall projects. The individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of drywall projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of drywall construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
3. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
4. Ensure that safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
5. Coordinate with the team to ensure that all materials, equipment, and inspections support the project timeline.
6. Review and understand all contract documents.
7. Monitor construction activities and make on-site personnel decisions regarding project direction and scheduling.
8. Have the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise and provide solutions in a timely manner.
9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service with clients, team members, and vendors.
10. Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Drywall Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in drywall, commercial drywall, and drywall construction.
3. Strong understanding of commercial projects and the ability to work as a commercial drywall estimator.
4. Exceptional project management and supervision skills.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
7. Proficient in relevant construction software.
8. Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets.
9. High level of understanding of safety and building codes, regulations, and inspection compliance.
10. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
11. Must have a valid driver’s license.
