Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and strategic leader to serve as our Permanent Director/VP of Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our marketing department, driving growth and profitability, and developing and implementing strategic marketing plans. This role requires a strong understanding of the engineering industry, specifically in SSD/Semiconductor/memory storage, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. With a focus on OEM, DRAM, Hardware, SSD, IP Blocks, and ASIC, this position is integral to our success and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
• Oversee the Product Development process and ensure that market trends and customer needs are adequately reflected in our product offerings.
• Lead the SEM/SEO initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.
• Drive partner engagement, fostering strong relationships with resellers and other key stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor performance benchmarks for the marketing department, ensuring that our growth objectives are met.
• Work closely with the Product Marketing team to understand and promote our products effectively.
• Create and manage a consistent brand image, improving brand awareness and positioning in the market.
• Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of CXL
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the engineering industry.
• Proven experience with OEM, DRAM, Hardware, SSD, IP Blocks, and ASIC.
• Solid understanding of SEM/SEO strategies and market strategy development.
• Experience in Product Marketing and Product Development.
• Proven track record of successful partner engagement and managing resellers.
• Strong background in SSD/Semiconductor/memory storage.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability.
• Experience in branding and positioning, with a proven track record of improving brand awareness.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
