Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic sales role in the logistics industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in freight forwarding, third-party logistics, warehouse solutions, direct sales, and territory sales.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a knack for closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and team members.
