We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Benefits Administration to join our team. This position is not a This position is not in human resources function. This is a program Director that is on the TPA side of the business providing and creating retirement and benefits programming for other clients. Experience on a third-party administrator basis is required. This position is responsible for the strategic planning, design, compliance, and administration of all employee benefits programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retirement planning, compliance testing, and Defined Contribution Plans. The role requires a leader who can ensure the company's benefits programs are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have an impact that drives employee satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic benefits programs, including retirement, health and welfare, and wellness programs.
2. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
3. Conduct regular audits and compliance testing to ensure the integrity of benefits programs.
4. Collaborate with senior management to align benefits programs with the company's strategic objectives.
5. Use Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to streamline benefits administration processes.
6. Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and consultants.
7. Monitor benefits trends in the market and stay updated on applicable benefits legislation.
8. Lead the communication and education of benefits programs to employees.
9. Develop and manage the benefits administration budget.
10. Oversee the preparation and execution of periodic benefits reporting.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Benefits Professional) is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on retirement planning, compliance testing, and Defined Contribution Plans.
3. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of benefits programs.
4. Deep knowledge of benefits-related laws and regulations.
5. Experience with RPA tools in benefits administration.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
