Roles and Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Skills
- Lead a team of project managers, site managers, system integration manager, commissioning leads, project procurement, etc.
- Manage project execution from installation through customer service
- Assume overall responsibility for project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Conduct risk management activities to mitigate project risks.
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Foster a highly motivated team environment that promotes collaboration.
- Utilize appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performance.
- Lead Committee meetings, Kick-off meetings, and review sessions with internal and external stakeholders to address meeting points effectively.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and profitability to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the executive management team.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and clients.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation and conduct internal weekly reviews with the VP of projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a minimum of 10 years' experience overseeing the installation and commissioning of sizable automation projects in a senior capacity.
- 10 years of experience in Automated Material Handling Systems, Warehouse Automation, Supply Chain & Logistics, and 3PL.
- Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Travel ranging from 40% to 70%.
