Director Construction Service

We are a real estate development company based in Orefield, PA. Our development projects for industrial, commercial, and residential properties have created over 12,000 jobs in the community and generated more than $15 million in local tax revenue annually. With over 14 million sq ft of industrial and commercial real estate developed, we have invested over $100 million toward public improvements. Our land development company started over 50 years ago and has developed over 6,000 units in the past 20 years.

The land acquisitions and investments continued through the years with our industrial and commercial developments occupying 14 million sq.ft.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to :
· Manage and coordinate all aspects of site development and building construction projects
· Identify “constructability” and “value engineering” issues where possible
· Review and approve engineer bid documentation before issuance
· Oversee the issuance of bid documentation to selected contractors
· Coordinate with legal and engineering as required with site and building development
· Oversee project construction meetings including but not limited to: pre-bid meetings with design engineer/architect, contractors, preconstruction meeting with contractor and/or involved governmental utility organizations, regular progress meetings, and close out meetings
· Process and verify contactor payment applications
· Process and submit security release requests
· Visit project construction sites regularly
· Maintain project schedules that are under construction
· Project Reporting to include executive summary, budget status, and project schedule
· Monitor NPDES permit and Penndot HOP’s , and Close out
· Manage utility/communication companies servicing project
· Close out projects
· Execute any other assignments issued by management
