Service Line Director of Nursing, Operating Room / Surgical Services:

• Responsible for overseeing a robust and expanding Surgical Services department including Pre/Post Op, Main Operating Room, Recovery Room, & Central Sterile Processing with 100+ FTEs
• Responsible for developing & managing budgets, policies & procedures, quality improvement, fosters a positive work environment and drives positive change across the department & program

Qualifications:

• BSN Degree Required
• MSN or Master’s Degree
• Qualified candidates will have 10 years related clinical experience in the Operating Room / Surgical Services or related field & 5+ years progressive management experience overseeing the Operating Room, Surgical Services, Perioperative Service line, etc.
• Proactive and forward-thinking team leader
• TX RN license or ability to gain state licensure
• ANCC Certification
