We are working with an established organization with a strong reputation in the Senior Care industry. They are seeking an experienced HR Director candidate to work on the HR Operations internally.

The Director of HR Operations will be responsible for establishing policies and procedures, including the roll out and educating of those policies

Must be an experienced HR Leader, specifically with experience at another Long Term Care / Senior Care organization, so there is familiarity with the regulations in this space

Job Details

HR Operations Director
Permanent position

On site position 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • SHRM a plus
  • Previous HR experience in the Long Term Care / Senior Care / Skilled Nursing / Memory Care industry
  • Strong Communicator, Independent worker
  • Strong with Policies and Procedures
  • Ability to oversee 3 HRBPs
