Job Details:

• Direct preparation of budgets, review proposals, and provide supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with the executive team to maintain accurate financial forecasts.
• Provide timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress.
• Advise on operating and financial issues, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Ensure accuracy of the P&L and proper accounting of costs.
• Analyze financial data and market trends.
• Implement corrective actions based on audit results.
• Oversee payroll records and labor productivity programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting experience required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role required.
• Must have Experience in Hospitality - luxury markets preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
