Requirements:
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as needed.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue generation and ensure long-term financial stability.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to inform decision-making and drive organizational growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee financial compliance, including regulatory requirements and internal policies, to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.
- Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities and capital expenditure projects to support organizational objectives.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on thorough analysis and understanding of financial data.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- CPA certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with experience in PCC or Matrix Care considered a plus.
