The Digital Technology Director is a pivotal member of the technology leadership team, serving as a hands-on leader in web/app/middleware technology. This role encompasses strategic and technical leadership, project prioritization, and team management.

KEY OBJECTIVES

Lead and develop digital technology architecture for web, mobile apps, and integrations.
Enhance digital technology support, emphasizing root cause tracking and prevention.
Foster strong relationships and collaboration with the Marketing and Digital team, franchisees, and partners.
Propose innovative solutions and stay updated on digital technology trends.
Manage a high-performing, customer-oriented digital technology team efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DESIRED OUTCOMES

Act as a thought leader, mentor, and business partner for web, mobile apps, and integrations.
Collaborate to identify opportunities for online and mobile application systems to gain a competitive edge.
Execute an online and integrations strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure efficient, scalable digital technologies while upholding data integrity, regulatory compliance, and security standards.
Oversee support processes for online and integrations platforms with a focus on continuous improvement.
Manage digital technology-related budgeting, planning, and procurement.
Lead and develop team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

15+ years of experience as a digital technology leader at growth companies with a proven track record of high impact
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field
