Director of Construction - Multi-Family Developer

We are a Multi-Family Real Estate Developer/Builder that has been in the Florida market for 5+ years now. Our core values are centered around our people and our clients. We build a variety of Multi-Family projects including wood-frame over podium, steel frame and even concrete mid-rises. We self perform as a GC and work with some of the best subs in the area. We are looking for our next great leader to oversee continued growth in the Florida market.

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:

• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Management
• Experience w/ ground up multi-family construction in Arizona required
• Experience with projects $20M+
• Must already be a SPM/PX or ideally already a Director of Construction
• Ready to take that next step into leadership or ideally already in that seat
• Must live local in Tampa with occasional travel around the state to visit job sites
