Director of Construction - Life Science Projects

We are a top Design Build Construction Management firm with a strong project pipeline in the Life Science space. We are looking to add an experienced construction executive to oversee the project teams. This candidate will ideally have strong experience leading project teams from an executive level.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior level Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in life science construction projects preferred
• Demonstrated experience in project oversight and subcontractor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
