Director of Case Management - RN

• Provide leadership in assessing, developing, and evaluating care within the case management department.
• Supervise and support case management staff, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to optimize patient care processes.
• Monitor and manage financial performance within designated areas of responsibility.
• Develop and implement educational activities to support staff competency and promote quality care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with current licensure in the State of Ohio; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a hospital setting, with previous management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical care practices, payer requirements, and utilization management principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster effective working relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions in a dynamic healthcare environment.
