Director Behavioral Health

Immediate need for a Director of Behavioral Health to lead a Integrated Behavioral Health Program. The Director will provide leadership and supervision to the team of behavioral health providers and work closely with medical providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, integrated care.

• Provide leadership and supervision to a team of behavioral health providers, including social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
• Collaborate with medical providers to integrate behavioral health into primary care services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services.
• Oversee the management of a diverse caseload, including individuals with complex behavioral health needs.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives related to behavioral health.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed, including assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and maintain current knowledge of best practices in integrated behavioral health.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to behavioral health services.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW), or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• LICSW, LCSW, LMHC or related licensure
• 5+ years experience in a behavioral health setting
• Minimum 2 years progressive Management experience
• Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision and leadership
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavioral health, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Commitment to the promotion of mental health as a critical part of overall wellness
• Experience in managing a diverse caseload, including individuals with complex behavioral health needs
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations related to behavioral health services

Qualifications:

• Master Degree required
• LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (or eligible for license within 1 year)
• Prefer 3 or more years related Behavioral Health experience
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills both verbal and written
• Bilingual preferred
