Job Details:
Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Digital Project & Modernization Leader to join our Manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital transformation initiatives, modernize existing processes, and drive innovation in our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital strategy, project management, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving digital transformation in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects across the organization, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives.
• Drive the modernization of existing processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
• Utilize AGILE methodology, Lean Six Sigma principles, and other project management tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Senior Management, to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives.
• Analyze and evaluate the impact of digital projects, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, promoting the adoption of new technologies and digital solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certifications in AGILE Methodology, PMP, CSM, and/or Lean Six Sigma are strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital strategy and digital organization.
• Proven experience in leading and managing digital transformation projects.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Proactive and innovative, with a strong drive for continuous improvement and excellence.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
