Job Details:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Permanent DevOps Manager to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our development and operations team to ensure the smooth running of our applications and systems. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of the DevOps ecosystem, automated testing, and cloud technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing DevOps processes and procedures, managing our cloud infrastructure, and overseeing the development and deployment of software solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers to ensure high-quality delivery of software projects.
2. Develop and implement DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
3. Work closely with the development team to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.
4. Utilize Selenium for automated testing to ensure the quality and responsiveness of applications.
5. Manage and optimize Azure DevOps Pipeline for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
6. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform to manage our cloud infrastructure.
7. Develop and maintain API testing procedures to ensure the reliability of our applications.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end system processes to enhance user experience.
9. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems are up-to-date and secure.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps management role.
3. Proficiency in C#, Selenium, Azure, and Azure DevOps Pipeline.
4. Extensive experience with IAC and Terraform.
5. Proven experience in automated testing and API testing.
6. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, specifically Azure.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
