Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of innovative products, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
• Utilize 3D modeling and CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar, to create detailed design plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and marketing, to ensure product feasibility and to streamline the production process.
• Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to identify potential issues and to ensure product reliability and quality.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to product development.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Extensive experience in product development, from initial concept to final production.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
