We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Design Engineer to join our fast-paced Construction team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction and commercial design, and will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
As a Design Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Developing detailed designs for construction projects using specialized computer software.
2. Collaborating with project managers and other engineers to ensure designs are feasible and within budget.
3. Overseeing the entire design process from initial concept to final execution.
4. Ensuring all design projects comply with regulations and safety standards.
5. Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure the project is in line with the design.
6. Preparing reports, presentations, and project specifications.
7. Working closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
8. Identifying potential design improvements and offering creative solutions to complex design problems.
9. Maintaining updated knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and software.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in ARchitecture, Civil Engineering or Structural engineering.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Design Engineer in the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
4. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory standards.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. Proven experience in commercial construction design.
