Cybersecurity Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Cybersecurity Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is a permanent position and will be responsible for managing all aspects of our cybersecurity infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background and proven experience in cloud security. This position is a critical one in our organization, and we are looking for someone who can ensure the safety and integrity of our information systems.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in engineering and cloud security.
4. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and procedures.
5. An understanding of risk management and the ability to identify threats to a network.
6. Proficiency in using security software and technology.
7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. The ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
10. Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), are highly desirable.
