We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Permanent Cyber Claims Examiner to join our robust team in the finance industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing claims related to cyber incidents, ensuring the successful resolution of claims, and contributing to the improvement of our business processes. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process a wide range of cyber claims, ensuring the efficient resolution of claims and the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and reporting to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the insurance industry to contribute to the development and implementation of effective claims strategies.
  • Oversee and improve business processes related to claims management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our business continuity planning, ensuring the resilience and continuity of our operations in the face of potential disruptions.
  • Utilize performance analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our claims management system and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Strategically prioritize tasks and projects to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources and the achievement of our business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management, with a focus on cyber claims.
  • Proven experience in business continuity planning, business process improvement, and business strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, with a focus on claims management.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated experience in operations management and process management.
  • Strong understanding of performance analytics and its application in improving business processes and systems.
  • Excellent strategic prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in the use of claims management systems and related software.
