We are currently seeking an experienced Cyber Claims Examiner II to join our fast-paced, innovative team. This role is integral to our company's success, as you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex cyber claims from inception to conclusion. You'll have the opportunity to work in a technologically advanced environment, utilizing the latest in cybersecurity and claims management tools. Responsibilities
1. Managing a portfolio of complex cyber claims, ensuring all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Conducting thorough coverage analysis to determine policy coverage applicability and identifying potential coverage issues.
3. Working closely with insureds, brokers, and attorneys to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
4. Participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials as necessary.
5. Collaborating with underwriters to provide feedback and insights on claim trends and potential risks.
6. Staying current on the latest cybersecurity trends, legal developments, and emerging risks.
7. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a claims examiner, with a focus on cyber claims.
2. Proven experience in coverage analysis, insurance claims, and insurance litigation.
3. Detailed knowledge of cyber insurance, including understanding of various cyber risks and coverage issues.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex claims and make sound decisions.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
6. Ability to stay organized and manage a high volume of claims in a fast-paced environment.
7. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
8. Professional designations such as CPCU, AIC, or ARM are a plus.
