Job Details:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Credit Supervisor to join our dynamic Finance team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in credit and collections, who is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, with at least 2 years of experience managing or supervising credit analysts in a consumer lending business. This role requires an individual who is analytical, has advanced Excel skills, and can manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the credit approval and review process, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal and state regulations.
• Regularly review and analyze credit reports and credit risk, implementing credit scoring models as necessary.
• Handle account reconciliation and manage the collections process.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of credit analysts, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Use advanced Excel skills to develop and maintain complex financial models and reports.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve credit processes and procedures, with a focus on efficiency and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and collections, with at least 2 years of experience managing or supervising credit analysts in a consumer lending business.
• Proven experience with credit approval, credit review, credit reports, and credit risk.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with credit scoring models and account reconciliation.
• Excellent mentoring and team management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
• Thorough understanding of federal and state consumer lending regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
