Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Shareholder Dispute Litigation Attorney to join legal team. Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations affecting shareholder disputes
Represent clients in legal proceedings, including mediation, arbitration, and court trials
Prepare and file legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Negotiate settlements and resolutions to shareholder disputes
Advise clients on their rights and obligations as shareholders, and provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance issues
Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop effective strategies for resolving shareholder disputes
Stay current on legal developments and trends in the area of shareholder disputes and corporate law
Qualifications:
J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in Delaware
At least 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, securities law, and shareholder disputes
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple cases and projects simultaneously
Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance issues
