Join our esteemed firm and become part of a team renowned for its expertise in corporate reorganization. As a Corporate Reorganization Associate, you'll work on a variety of restructuring transactions, representing debtors, lenders, financial institutions, and other entities in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, distressed lending, asset acquisitions, and bankruptcy litigation. This is a unique opportunity to further develop your skills and make a significant impact in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Represent corporate debtors, lenders, financial institutions, creditors, and other entities in a wide range of restructuring transactions.
Handle bankruptcy-related litigations and other special representations.
Draft and negotiate core restructuring documents.
Draft bankruptcy litigation documents.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other counsel.
Perform legal research primarily in bankruptcy-related contexts.
Qualifications:

JD degree and Bachelor’s degree.
Admission to practice law in the State of New York.
Full-time bankruptcy and corporate reorganization experience, including representing major chapter 11 debtors and significant financial creditors.
Prior experience drafting various restructuring documents and bankruptcy litigation documents.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Education:

JD degree.
Bachelor’s degree.
Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
Experience:

Full-time bankruptcy and corporate reorganization experience.
Prior experience drafting a variety of restructuring documents and bankruptcy litigation documents.
