Requirements:
WILL ACCEPT NEW GRADS (2023) WHO ARE INTERESTED IN CORPORATE LITIGATION ROLES
Three to five years of litigation experience.
Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents.
Superb research, analytical, and oral communication skills.
Preferably, experience in the Court of Chancery.
