Job Details

Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of significant reporting experience with the Securities ’33 and ’34 Act.
  • Experience or a strong interest in working with public companies, startups, founders, and venture capital firms in company formation.
  • Corporate governance, securities law, angel investments, and venture capital financings experience.
  • JD Required.
  • Admittance to the State Bar required.
