Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Corporate Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to our corporate clients on a wide range of issues including Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and other business-related matters.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments related to various corporate transactions.
3. Represent the company in legal proceedings, ensuring all corporate activities are in compliance with state and federal laws.
4. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support business strategy and decision making.
5. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop strategies for litigation, dispute resolution, and risk management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the California Bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Law, with a strong focus on Mergers & Acquisitions.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
