Our client is looking for a M&A Attorney to join their group. This person would have the chance to be directly involved in providing business and M&A services to elite clients.

Necessary Qualifications:
You are a smart, driven Associate seeking to learn and grow in a team environment.
You have 5+ years of M&A experience
You have a strong academic record and a law degree.
You have a maniacal focus on excellent client service and a passion for the practice of law.
You are admitted to practice in Missouri (or able to waive in immediately).
