Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court, arguing their cases and presenting evidence to support their defense.
• Conduct research, investigations, and interviews to gather evidence and formulate defense strategies.
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and available legal options.
• Draft, file, and argue motions such as motions to dismiss and motions to suppress.
• Collaborate with legal team members to develop a strong defense for each case.
• Negotiate plea deals or lesser charges with opposing counsel.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate advice and representation.
• Develop relationships with clients, providing them with confidence and reassurance during a difficult time.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
• 2+ years of experience in criminal law, specifically as a Criminal Lawyer.
• Proven trial experience, with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with varying levels of complexity.
• Knowledge of Professional License Defense.
