We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and driven individual to join our team as a Permanent COO-Healthcare Construction in the Construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to manage and lead our healthcare construction projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project execution, operations management, and financial forecasting. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise in healthcare construction, including ground-up construction and interior renovations.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the planning and execution of healthcare construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Provide leadership and direction to the project management team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
4. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
5. Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring the most favorable terms for the company.
6. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure all project requirements are met.
7. Ensure all construction activities comply with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
8. Handle any arising issues or delays in the construction process in a timely and effective manner.
9. Review and approve project designs and plans, and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
10. Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the construction industry, preferably in healthcare construction.
2. Proven experience as a Project Executive or Sr. Project Manager in Healthcare Construction.
3. Extensive knowledge of healthcare construction processes, including ground-up construction and interior renovations.
4. Familiarity with contract types such as Lump Sum and GMP Design Build.
5. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
10. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
11. Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
