A background in PLC programming and HMI software development experience is necessary
Experience in installing and maintaining SCADA equipment, PLCs, and communications circuits
Experience in Modicon PLC programming languages Unity, Concept and ProWORX 32
Experience in Rockwell Automation Software Studio 5000 / RSLogix 500
Experience in GUI/HMI software development. (Wonderware, Intellution, RSView32, FactoryTalk, VTScada, Ignition)
Experience in Panel and Shop Drawing design
Strong working knowledge in relay logic and wiring diagrams.
Understanding of level, flow, pressure and analytical instruments.
Strong interpersonal skills for communication with a diversified user community and outside vendors
Able to provide “concept to completion” engineering support and direction
Superior working knowledge of networks, Windows operating systems, relational databases, programming techniques, PLCs and MS Office suite
Some travel WILL be required based on project assignments
