We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Permanent Controls Engineer to join our fast-paced Manufacturing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supervising all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and lead process control improvement projects throughout the plant.
2. Implement and manage PLC programming and system integration.
3. Develop and maintain distributed control systems (DCS), quality control systems (QCS) and PLC's.
4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficiency and reliability.
5. Maintain and improve safety standards in all control system operations.
6. Develop and execute process improvement plans to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in PLC programming, system integration, distributed control systems, and quality control systems.
4. Strong knowledge of control systems design, process improvement techniques, and hardware/software interfacing.
