Job Details

We are on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned engineer to join our Project Based Controls team. As a successful candidate, you'll collaborate closely with a group of experts to design, develop, and maintain automatic palletizer systems, ensuring its optimal performance.
Here's what you'll be doing in this role:

Engage in semi-complex equipment trial runs, investigative tests, repairs, and overhauls.
Provide training to customers on semi-complex products and services.
Conduct semi-complex maintenance on tools, test equipment, etc., while maintaining comprehensive documentation of all inspections, maintenance, repairs, and failures.
Respond to semi-complex service calls and assess product/equipment performance based on field support data, recommending modifications or improvements.
Undertake semi-complex tasks within the technical or paraprofessional domain, effectively identifying and solving problems as they arise in situations that are not overly difficult or complex.

Here's what we're seeking:

Contract Role - 12-18 months
10 days on and 4 days off. All travel, lodging, and food is paid for
**Must have a CompTIA Security+ Certification
Availability during off hours and readiness to travel accordingly.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and off shifts, with the ability to remain composed in stressful situations.
Proficiency in writing concise, clear, and comprehensive trip reports within specified timeframes
Hands-on experience troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
Familiarity with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms, controls hardware troubleshooting, and experience with Siemens and Modicon PLC is considered advantageous.
Electrical troubleshooting skills, coupled with a strong customer service mindset and excellent verbal communication abilities over the phone.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
