We are looking for a Controller to join our team! In this role, you will be setting direction and processes for accounting and financial functions. We are growing and looking for a leader with an agile mindset, an eye for process improvement and the ability to put complex pieces of the puzzle together.


What you’ll be doing:

Manage corporate accounting and entities associated with IHC
Guide financial decisions by developing and monitoring polices and procedures
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and reports
Overseeing financial and accounting staff


What you’ll bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
Active CPA license is strongly preferred.
10 years of accounting and managerial experience
Extensive experience in intercompany transactions and consolidation accounting
Real Estate background
Strong technical accounting experience
Ability to work in a complex structure
