Controller

Based near Irvine our partner is a fast-growing medical device startup that is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with a solid understanding of GAAP and different ERP software. Prior background working in the medical device or manufacturing sector is a plus but not required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience, minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position
Prior experience working in manufacturing or medical device space is a plus
CPA or MBA is a plus
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Experience with different ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Quickbooks, Expandable, etc.
Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
