Permanent Controller with a strong background in the manufacturing industry needed!! We're a growing manufacturing company in Tinley Park!

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team and directly contribute to our company's financial health and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position and a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all company accounts and investments.
2. Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
3. Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
4. Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants.
5. Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred.
3. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a financial management role in the manufacturing industry.
4. Proven expertise in financial management and accounting, including audit, compliance, budget, resource allocation, financial planning, strategic planning, and forecasting.
5. Proficiency with accounting software, databases and financial analysis software.
6. Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
