We are continuing to grow! Our firm's portfolio has grown to over 7.06 million square feet of commercial facilities under its active ownership and management. 15 million+ square feet of commercial projects with a value of more than $1.18 billion have been designed, developed and constructed.

We are looking for a Controller to oversee all financial procedures of our company. As a Controller, you’ll monitor the company’s financial status, review quarterly and annual budgets and manage accounting transactions.

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance and the following:

• CPA is NOT required but preferred
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within the Real estate, property management sector
• Strong understanding of GAAP, GL experience
• Previous experience managing full-cycle accounting processes including AP, AR
• Experience with cash management and risk assessment
• Proficient with software (Yardi, Appfolio, or MRI preferred)
