Job Details:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. This is a pivotal role that will have a significant impact on the financial health and success of our company. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, from managing accounts payable and receivable to forecasting cash flow and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all company accounting practices, including preparing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
3. Oversee payroll processes, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
4. Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial data and generate reports.
5. Develop and implement financial strategies to improve cash flow and ensure financial stability.
6. Collaborate with senior management to set financial goals and develop plans to achieve them.
7. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
8. Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
9. Provide financial advice and guidance to company leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
4. In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processes.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism.
