Are you an experienced financial professional looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing industry? We are seeking a Permanent Controller to join our team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial systems, processes, budgeting, and reporting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management and financial reporting, with a proven track record in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Controller, you will be integral to our strategic decision-making process. Key responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing all financial operations of the company including budgeting, financial forecasting, and capital asset management.
2. Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with state and federal regulations and in accordance with GAAP.
3. Implementing and maintaining robust financial systems and processes to support the growth of the business.
4. Leading risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
5. Coordinating with external auditors and managing internal controls.
6. Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
7. Developing and monitoring performance metrics to ensure business objectives are achieved.
8. Collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies and plans.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Controller, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or CPA is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in risk management and financial reporting.
4. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other financial regulations.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
9. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
