Job Details:

We are seeking a Controller with a strong background in financial accounting, general ledger, financial analysis, and corporate finance. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, financial planning, and financial auditing. Responsibilities:

As a Controller, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all financial operations, including the general ledger, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Managing cash flow and conducting financial planning to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
3. Preparing financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards and ensuring all financial operations comply with legal requirements.
4. Leading financial auditing processes and implementing corrective actions to mitigate financial risks.
5. Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
6. Collaborating with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
7. Managing and mentoring a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Controller, candidates must have:

1. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. An MBA or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial role, preferably in the finance industry.
3. Proven experience with financial accounting, general ledger, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, financial planning, financial auditing, and corporate finance.
4. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP.
5. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
6. Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills with a keen attention to detail.
7. Superior communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
