We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permanent Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a focus on business taxes, month-end and year-end close, general ledger, and account reconciliations. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Senior Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
2. Managing all aspects of business taxes, including preparation, filing, and liaising with tax authorities.
3. Overseeing month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met.
4. Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
5. Collaborating with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance

Qualifications:

The skills and qualifications required for this role include:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. A minimum of three years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in business taxes, month-end and year-end close processes, general ledger, and account reconciliations.
4. CPA certification is preferred but not required.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
