Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.
2. Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts; conferring with the CEO, CFO and top executives.
3. Supervise the investment and raising of funds to meet ongoing operational requirements and future growth.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
2. Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, or CPA).
3. Over three years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
4. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
