This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and facilitating the contractual process within our organization. This role will require the candidate to have robust experience in Purchase and Sale Agreements, drafting correspondence and settlement agreements, and proficiency in Salesforce. As a Permanent Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all contracts are properly managed and maintained. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and facilitate the contractual process for Purchase and Sale Agreements.
2. Draft, review, and revise a variety of contracts related to the mortgage industry.
3. Maintain and manage all contractual records and documentation in Salesforce.
4. Provide support in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
5. Ensure all contracts comply with laws and regulations and align with company policies.
6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure contractual requirements are fulfilled.
7. Assist in the resolution of any contractual disputes or issues that may arise.
8. Provide training and guidance to team members on contractual matters.
9. Develop and implement contract management procedures and improvements.
10. Prepare and present contractual information to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Contracts Specialist or in a similar role in the Mortgage industry.
2. Proven experience with Purchase and Sale Agreements.
3. Proficient in drafting correspondence and settlement agreements.
4. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
5. Strong knowledge of contract law and legal requirements.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
8. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
