We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Contracts Administrator to join our team in the construction industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to make a significant impact on our business operations. The role involves working closely with various departments including project management, finance, and legal teams to ensure the smooth running of all contract-related matters.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing all contract administration activities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
2. Managing insurance requirements and ensuring all licenses and bonds are up-to-date.
3. Coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
4. Managing multi-state contract administration processes.
5. Preparing and reviewing bid packages and RFPs, ensuring they are comprehensive, accurate, and compliant with company and legal standards.
6. Monitoring contract performance and identifying any potential risks or issues.
7. Conducting contract close-out procedures, including final payments and document retention.
8. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all contract-related matters are addressed promptly and efficiently.
9. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure the company's contracting practices remain compliant.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Contracts Administrator role should possess the following:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in insurance management, licensing, working with contractors, and managing multi-state contract administration processes.
3. Strong knowledge of RFPs, bid packages, and bonds.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
5. Acute attention to detail, with strong organizational and project management skills.
6. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. A degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
9. Familiarity with contract management software is a plus.
