Draft, edit, review, negotiate, and finalize contract documents for Multivac Inc. customer and supply base, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, purchase agreements, sales order terms and conditions, local and global agreements, and supplier applications. Proactively handle a broad range of related transactional and legal matters.
Ensure compliance with local and global contract risk management criteria (e.g. policies, procedures, etc.).
Manage contract request process and ensure timely filing of executed agreements.
Monitor and track status of contract-related legal matters.
Meet with legal counsel regularly to ensure visibility of all active contract legal matters.
Gather, organize, summarize, index, and maintain contract documents from various sources.
Manage and maintain the organization’s contract management software and reporting requirements.
Maintain organization’s legal files including a library of pre-approved form documents, contract clauses, templates, and historical documents.
Provide support for litigation and regulatory-related matters as needed.
Perform contract-related legal research.
